72 overlapping abrasive cloth flaps are bonded to a rigid fiberglass plate, with a Type 27 (flat) or Type 29 (10° conical) profile depending on whether you're working on flat surfaces or contoured welds. The flap construction means the disc continuously exposes fresh grain as outer flaps wear — no glazing, no need for dressing, just consistent cut from start to end of disc life.
