The Zirconia Abrasive Cloth Belt is the most-specified industrial sanding belt grain in our cloth belt lineup — finished and joined from our Blue Zirconia Cloth Jumbo Roll for end-users running daily belt-sander work. Self-sharpening zirconia alumina micro-fractures progressively under load, delivering aggressive cut and consistent belt life on carbon steel, structural steel, mild stainless, dense hardwoods, and furniture-shop feed-line work. The signature blue color is industry shorthand for zirconia performance: a clear step up from aluminum oxide in cut rate and life, at a much more accessible price than ceramic.
Available across the full belt-sander size range — handheld 3"×21" and 4"×24" pocket sizes, bench/stationary 4"×36" and 6"×48" formats, knife-shop 2"×72" file belts, and industrial wide belts up to 1380mm × 2620mm for floor refinishing and wide-belt sanders. Choice of butt joint (standard) or skived lap joint (premium, smoother run on contoured work). Custom widths and lengths cut on demand.
