A precision-coated PET film backing replaces traditional paper for a flatter, more uniform substrate — translating to a more consistent scratch pattern, reduced pigtails, and exceptional tear resistance under aggressive use.
The premium purple ceramic grain micro-fractures during sanding to constantly expose fresh cutting edges, delivering aggressive yet cool stock removal. With grits running from P40 stripping all the way to P2000 mirror polish on a single SKU line, this disc covers every step of automotive paint refinishing, clearcoat denibbing, plastic and composite surface preparation, and fine wood finishing. Available in Hook & Loop or PSA attachment with fully customizable hole patterns and diameters from 2" through 9".
