The Green Zirconia Film Jumbo Roll is the converter-grade upstream of our finishing-focused zirconia line. Premium self-sharpening zirconia alumina grain on a tear-resistant PET film backing — coated in a semi-open pattern that leaves controlled spacing between abrasive particles for better chip and swarf clearance on paint, primer, soft wood, and aluminum, where closed-coat discs clog quickly.
For converters, the dimensionally stable PET film backing holds tight tolerances through high-speed slitting and die-cutting, supporting precise disc geometry downstream. Tight batch-to-batch grain weight and cure tolerances minimize rejects on long converter production runs. Standard widths up to 1380mm; custom slit-to-width and roll length cut on demand.
