The Ceramic Mesh Jumbo Roll is the premium upstream of our mesh net product family — built for converters whose customers care more about disc life and surface quality than upfront cost. Self-sharpening ceramic grain delivers cool, low-load cutting on hardwoods, metal, and dense joint compound, where conventional aluminum oxide mesh discs glaze, dull, or burnish prematurely.
The same open-weave polyester mesh backing as our aluminum oxide line provides full-surface dust extraction in the finished disc — the universal hook & loop fit eliminates hole-alignment headaches downstream. Ceramic grain extends the addressable market beyond drywall pros into wood floor refinishing kits, hardwood pro packs, and metal-finishing mesh discs. Standard widths up to 1380mm; custom slit-to-width and roll length cut on demand.
